Conduct outbound calls to potential customers Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company Provide information about products or services to potential customers Answer questions and address concerns of potential customers Record and update customer information in the company database Book telephone appointments with potential customers to discuss insurance requirements with one of our insurance specialists Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets Experience:
Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred Familiarity with telemarketing software and CRM systems is a plus Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English Ability to build rapport with potential customers over the phone Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Location:
