Telemarketing Specialist , you’ll play a vital role in promoting our range of stillages and handling equipment to new and existing clients. Your mission will be to create strong customer connections, identify their needs, and deliver tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote and sell our products. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional, courteous, and empathetic interactions. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services. Respond to inquiries, provide detailed product information, and handle objections effectively. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Collaborate with the sales teams to align telemarketing efforts with overall business objectives. Why Join Us?
