Telematics Engineer

to provide continued support to our growing and established customer base within

Ensure Microlise product portfolio is fully integrated into our customer’s assets Timely visits to customer sites for installation, servicing, and support of our product suite Inventory management Responsible for the upkeep and safety of your vehicle and all provided tools/equipment Liaise with customers at all levels Provide support to peers and contractor resources as needed Ensure administration is concise, accurate, and professional Adhere to all internal processes and procedures Report on statistical information when required What are we looking for? Demonstrable experience in a similar role; auto electrics and/or telematics Full UK Driving Licence Experience working to Service Level Agreements and Operational Schedules Understanding of vehicle wiring diagrams and ability to interpret them Evidence of strong customer service skills with a professional approach Good interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to relevant audiences Ability to work autonomously, solve problems independently, and adhere to agreed processes Take pride in your work, ensuring quality and accuracy Valid Passport for travel Working Pattern Our Field Engineers work shifts on a rota basis, including weekends, to meet customer requirements.
