Telematics Installation Engineer Location:

Thames Valley region (field based) The role of Installation Engineer is really important to us. You will be responsible for installing, de-fitting, and servicing our Telematics systems for our customers throughout mainland Britain. What would your day-to-day look like? Install/De-Fit and Service telematics systems to customer vehicles to a high standard. Maintain personal productivity in line with the business unit requirements. Highlight and advise on opportunities to improve technical performance. Complete a monthly stock count and request all additional stock in a timely manner. Identify and manage risks/hazards in own working environment, escalating where necessary. Ensure all company property is safeguarded, maintained, and returned. Communicate regularly and effectively with the team at Radius Telematics HQ & Radius. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the business to meet resolutions for the customer. What do we expect of you? Full driving license—12 months minimum driving experience. Maths at GCSE grade C or above. Vehicle Maintenance, Diagnostic and Repair knowledge. Good organisational skills. Proficient in using an iPad & iPhone. Self-motivated. It would be great if you: Have GCSE grade C or above in English. Have mechanical experience. Have Telematics, handsfree or camera fitment knowledge. Are familiar with working with HGVs. What can you expect of us? A friendly culture that mirrors our proposition to our customers.
