- Great Barr - £23,800 per annum + bonus (around £6k per annum) + benefits
Our client is a well-established company based in the Great Barr area of Birmingham. Due to expansion, they are now looking for an experienced Telesales Advisor to join their existing team, helping customers across the West Midlands to benefit from boiler replacements under a government initiative.
As a Telesales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our clients products and services. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a proven track record in telesales, who are eager to take the next step in their career and lead a dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in telesales or a related field, Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, Leadership qualities and a drive to motivate and inspire your team, A passion for eco-friendly products and sustainability, Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
