Due to the continued growth of sales of NWF Fuels, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Telesales Advisor to join our team in our Head Office in Crewe. We are on the lookout for top sales agents to join our existing successful Fuel Card Sales Team. Would you like to go home as soon as you have five sales in a day? Call your clients and not work on a Dialler? Looking for a career and not a job? If it’s Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes then this could be your next career move! Main Responsibilities:

Initiate conversations with prospective customers over the phone. Practice effective questioning techniques to engage prospects and keep the conversation moving forwards. Gather and document customer information, payment methods, purchases, and competitor information. Confidently negotiate to achieve a win-win situation for the business and customer. Ability to effectively close deals. Listen to customers' needs to generate repeat sales. Answer customers' questions on the products. Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs. What you should be able to bring to the role:

An upbeat friendly approach to speaking to customers is essential. Proven sales experience with evidence of achieving set KPIs. Aspirations to move up as the business grows vs the 5-year plan. Resilience. Ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication skills on all platforms. PC literate. What’s on offer:
