Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients, promoting our healthcare staffing solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs. Provide accurate information about our services and address any client queries. Update and manage client information in our CRM system. Collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve overall company goals. What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar sales role. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. A proactive and results-driven mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency. Experience in the healthcare or staffing industry is a plus but not essential. What We Offer
