Telesales Executive
to join a growing business in Harlow on a full-time basis. This role involves contacting new and existing clients within the commercial sector to generate interest and schedule appointments for the sales team. Responsibilities:
Cold Calling:
Engage with potential customers (businesses or individuals) to introduce products or services. Appointment Scheduling:
Set up meetings or phone calls for sales representatives with qualified leads. Lead Qualification:
Identify and qualify prospects by asking pertinent questions. Database Management:
Update customer details and track interactions within the CRM system. Follow-up:
Reconnect with leads who may not have responded initially, building relationships to maintain engagement. Product Knowledge:
Develop a strong understanding of products or services to address queries or overcome objections during calls. Reporting:
Provide regular updates on appointment setting, progress toward goals, and issues encountered. Communication:
Excellent verbal and written skills to engage and build rapport with clients. Customer Service:
Ability to handle inquiries and objections professionally. Sales Ability:
Confidence in promoting products or services effectively. IT Skills:
Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software. Time Management:
