We offer a competitive basic salary of
£25,000
with an on-target bonus of
£12,400 . For their assigned area, segment, or customers, the Telesales Agent will be responsible for understanding and defining customer needs, ensuring these are understood within the business, and that commitments are both deliverable and delivered. Responsibilities will include managing and growing this customer base through outbound telesales campaigns and account management. The Telesales Agent will ensure effective communication channels at all levels. Making outbound calls to a dedicated client base Proactively and professionally responding to and managing all calls and queries Providing excellent customer service Ensuring high levels of accuracy are maintained at all times Building rapport with customers Confidently qualifying prospects and managing the pipeline Effectively closing deals over the telephone About Us Join us on the journey…..
