We have an exciting opportunity for a

Telesales Executive

role in a Peterborough-based wholesale company. It is a family-run company in the wholesale food market that offers a wide variety of products to the fast food and catering industries. They are looking for a highly qualified and driven telesales executive who speaks Mandarin and Cantonese. The chosen candidate will be in charge of telemarketing our goods or services and cultivating trusting connections with prospective customers. Job Requirements:

Excellent command of the Mandarin and Cantonese dialects. Preferred to have prior experience in telesales or a related sales position. Professional telephone manners and exceptional communication and persuasion abilities. Ability to effectively establish rapport with customers and identify their needs. A goal-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets. Excellent organisational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. A self-driven person with the capacity to function both independently and in a group setting. Proficiency with CRM software and fundamental computer programmes. Flexibility to work different shifts as needed. Positivity, adaptability, and an openness to learn and cope with ever-shifting market trends are required. Responsibilities

Make cold calls to potential Chinese clients while passionately advertising goods or services. Address the questions and concerns of the clientele, present and describe the features and advantages of our offerings. Establish connections and develop relationships with customers by showcasing excellent communication abilities in both English and Mandarin/Cantonese dialects. Utilise effective selling techniques to meet the company's sales goals and targets. When negotiating and closing deals over the phone, use convincing selling techniques. Update and maintain the customer database by accurately documenting all communications and interactions with customers. Work together with the sales team to spot potential business opportunities and lend a hand with lead generation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, costs, and promotions to properly respond to customer inquiries. Make sure every interaction with the customer is positive by providing exceptional customer service. Respect the organisation's values while adhering to all company policies, rules, and regulations.
