Use data analysis to highlight opportunities and identify lost business. Team Collaboration:
Generate sales appointments for Field Sales and support Customer Services during peak periods.
Your experience and skills for the Telesales role will be: Sales Experience:
Minimum two years in a similar role with a proven track record of achieving targets. Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/ERP systems like SAP or Sage. Strong Communicator:
Confident and polite on the phone with excellent negotiation skills. Self-Motivated:
