Communicating with the customer and being a point of contact from sale to implementation Cold calling SME companies Preparing and delivering quotations Building up and managing your pipeline Updating my client's CRM throughout The successful candidate will have at least 12 months of experience in business-to-business sales and within a call center environment, preferably in telecommunications but not essential. A person with an "up and go" attitude who is determined to succeed by achieving their targets and ensuring that their customers have an exceptional experience.
