Overview ALCA TOOLS LTD are seeking a dedicated and motivated Engineering Consumables Associate to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our consumable products are effectively managed and promoted predominantly on the telephone. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service to our customers. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable, as it will enhance our ability to serve a diverse clientele. Duties Manage inventory of consumable products, ensuring stock levels are maintained and replenished as necessary. Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Utilise software tools to track sales activities and customer interactions. Conduct telemarketing campaigns to promote consumable products and generate leads. Collaborate with the existing team to develop strategies for increasing product visibility and sales performance. Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring that all consumables are displayed attractively and accessible to customers. Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating product benefits and answering inquiries. Experience Previous experience in a sales role is preferred, particularly within the engineering sectors. Strong verbal communication skills in English. Familiarity with CRM software is beneficial for managing customer relationships. Experience in telemarketing or direct sales would be advantageous. A positive attitude towards learning new skills and adapting to changing environments is essential for success in this role.
