to join our dynamic sales team located in

to play a critical role in driving new business volume by identifying, qualifying and developing new business opportunities. Guaranteed commission for first 6 months (£250 gross per month) About Us We are Utility Bidder, an award-winning energy consultancy dedicated to claiming the top spot as the leading energy broker in the UK. Job Details As lead generator you will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential business customers, generating new leads, and building strong relationships with customers through effective communication and excellent customer service. You will be working towards ambitious sales targets, demonstrating a consultative sales approach and ensuring customer satisfaction. Connect with potential business clients via outbound calls and emails, Identify leads, transforming prospects into valued customers. Outreach and discovery calls to target audiences in a professional and polite manner Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the entire sales journey. Aim to meet and surpass sales targets. Adopt a consultative approach to sales. The Lead Generator will be provided with comprehensive training to excel in this role. Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in a customer service, sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers Highly motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in sales Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good time management and organisational skills Compensation and Benefits: Base salary £22,385 per annum + uncapped commission. (OTE £30 - £40K) Uncapped Commission based Bonus Scheme Guaranteed commission for first 6 months (£250 gross per month) Ongoing training and development including extensive 1:1 coaching and group sessions. 33 days holiday (inc bank holidays) – with the opportunity to buy & sell holidays.
