Your Role: As a Telesales Representative, you will: Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients, introducing tailored solutions to meet their energy management needs. Collaborate with a driven team to exceed sales targets and contribute to our growth story. Utilise tools like Hubspot to track, manage, and optimise your sales pipeline.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience in solution-based telesales or telemarketing, with a strong track record of achieving targets. Technical background or a strong technical aptitude would be an advantage. Exceptional verbal communication skills and a consultative approach to sales. Resilience and adaptability in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM tools and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
