Temporary Jobs Express Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside a well-respected Local Authority who are recruiting for a Temporary Business Support Administrator to join their busy team in Mansfield. Our client is looking for an experienced administration professional who has experience in a range of administration tasks. The role is to provide admin to social care professionals within children’s services. The successful candidate will obtain an Enhanced DBS, and the role is currently until March; however, there is the possibility for the role to extend depending on the circumstances due to it being long-term sickness cover. Key Responsibilities: Perform a wide range of administrative tasks to support the business function Handle sensitive information in line with GDPR policies and legislation Assist with the development of newsletters and announcements Ensure all paperwork is always kept up to date Analyze and input data into CRM systems Skills & Experience: Must hold an Enhanced DBS Previous experience in an administration role Knowledge of GDPR and importance of confidentiality Strong communicator both written and verbally Good working knowledge of IT systems such as Microsoft Office Vacancy Summary: Hours:
