Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced IRATA Trained Rope Access Technician(s) to join our building maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks at heights, utilising rope access techniques in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety. Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Perform maintenance tasks at heights using IRATA rope access techniques in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on building exteriors, including cleaning, painting, fabric repairs, glazing mastic and glazing replacements. Inspect, maintain, and report any deficiencies in rope access equipment and tools. Ensure all equipment is certified and in good working condition. Conduct detailed assessments of job sites to determine the safest and most efficient methods for completing maintenance tasks. Work closely with other maintenance staff and team members to complete tasks efficiently, communicating effectively about job progress and any issues that arise. Maintain accurate records of work undertaken, including tasks completed, equipment used, and safety inspections performed. Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders, addressing any concerns and providing updates on progress. Job Requirements: Valid IRATA certification (Level 1, 2, or 3) is necessary. Minimum of [2-3 years] experience in rope access and building maintenance tasks Completion of health and safety training, including but not limited to first aid, working at heights, and hazard assessment. Must be physically fit and able to perform strenuous tasks while working at heights. Proficient in various maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, masonry work, and hardware installation Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent analytical skills with the capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
