We have the opportunity for a Temps/Contract IT Recruitment Consultant to work alongside our Perm IT consultant. This role offers a competitive commission structure: 60% of all placement fees for either temporary or contract placements. Responsibilities:
IT Recruitment: Identify, attract, and place candidates in various IT roles within leading firms in the IT sector. Client Acquisition: Use your industry expertise and network to secure new clients, focusing on those needing senior and executive talent. Client Retention: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and encouraging long-term partnerships. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and market demands to effectively tailor your recruitment strategies. Minimum Requirements:
Proven IT Recruitment Experience: A successful track record in IT recruitment, particularly for senior and executive roles. Client Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, leading to repeat business and referrals. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels. Independent and Team-Oriented: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with our team. Organisational Skills: Strong time management and organisational abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving targets. What You Can Get:
