Job OverviewPersonal Assistant to Head Teacher, Altrincham Based£16.50 per hour, 9 month contact.Responsibilities: Extensive diary management for the Head Teacher & wider Senior Leadership TeamPreparing and processing documents, reports and presentationsTaking meeting minutes, typing and distributing swiftly afterArranging travel, transport and refreshmentsFiltering and dealing with telephone calls on behalf of the Head TeacherProactively managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence to and from Desirables: Previous exposure to a School/ Education environment, will prove a strong advantage on CV.Confident Minute TakerHappy to travel around the Trafford Area for the occassional meeting.
