£28,000 - £32,000 Per Annum Contract:
Full Time permanent role My client, a multi-site Plant Hire company with depots across the UK, is looking to recruit an experienced service administrator for their busy depot. Due to increased workloads, they need an extra pair of hands to assist with booking in jobs, invoicing, parts ordering, and general administration within the depot. Pumps & Power Administrator Duties:
Deliver and verify temporary works designs and provide expert technical support. Contribute to winning work by providing cost-effective temporary works solutions. Efficiently deal with customer enquiries contributing to the design and drawing of suitable schemes. Produce accurate Equipment lists to suit Customer and Sales Deadlines. Finalising client requirements, contributing to timely production of suitable schemes. Producing detailed system design. Communicating with Operations and Sales. Communicating with clients via email, letter, and phone. Managing & Producing pipeline log of enquiries. Managing the quotation process to ensure accurate quotations. Pumps & Power Administrator Experience Required:
Be fully PC literate with good keyboard skills. Expert knowledge of Microsoft packages. Have a solid background in administration and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience gained within the Generator & Pump industry.
