8-10 WEEK FTC - UNTIL FEB 2025 Overview: We are seeking an organised and reliable Temporary Administrative Assistant to support our team during a busy period. This role will involve a variety of administrative tasks aimed at ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support, including managing emails and raising POs. Organise and maintain files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist in preparing and processing documents, reports, and correspondence. Perform data entry tasks and update company databases. Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials as needed. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Help with supplies management, ensuring stock levels are maintained. Support other teams or departments with administrative tasks as required. Carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Maintain communication with other teams including customer services. Minimum Requirements: Previous administrative experience. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets). Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure. Professional demeanor and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Flexibility and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
