We are delighted to be representing one of our most long-standing and respected clients as they require additional resource within their finance team. The successful candidate will be providing temporary administrative support to their growing team. This is a full time, temporary position for a minimum of 3 months. This post may go permanent for the right candidate.

As Temporary Administrator, the successful candidate will be working as part of a busy team, who are currently under enormous pressure due to a very high work load. As such, we require a confident and experienced Administrator who is capable of juggling a very busy administrative role. This will be a varied administrative role, full training will be given, but the successful candidate will be expected to work to SLAs with strict attention to detail at all times. We would love to hear from candidates who are used to working within a pressurised environment and are looking for a varied administrative role.

Working as part of a small team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:

Handling incoming enquiries from clients

Providing updates to clients regarding their application/case

Processing application forms on behalf of the team

Supporting the wider team with administrative duties

Updating client information using the CRM system while maintaining accuracy at all times

Assisting the finance team with setting up of direct debits and payments

Providing general administrative support as required

Excellent administration skills

Experience of working within a professional working environment

Ability to work to strict KPIs and SLAs

Confident using IT including the full suite of MS Office

Confident to work within a fast-paced and pressurised working environment

Exceptional communication skills including written and verbal

Experience working within a finance company or department would be advantageous but not essential

Happy to work in an office full-time (hybrid working will not be offered)
