Temporary opportunity Our client, based in Staines, is looking for a HR administrator to join them for 4 weeks starting on

Tuesday 3rd December 2024 . This position would suit someone with experience who is potentially between opportunities or maybe you are a recent graduate with little exposure to HR but keen to develop your skill set further. There is a possibility this could be extended. Key Requirements:

Dealing with highly sensitive and confidential data Going through employee files, following provided GDPR guidelines regarding what to retain and what to shred Scanning and saving under correct file names in employee files Logging citizenship details Significant amount of scanning and then file saving into defined employee file subfolders If time permits, support in sorting electronic employee files Scanning and using Outlook Attention to detail is key Requirement to be in the Staines office 3 to 4 days per week, preferably 4 days Role is Monday to Friday, but happy to consider 4 days for the right person Free parking at the office (if space) and free breakfast and lunch in the canteen
