Workplace Design About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and organised

Marketing Executive

to join our client's Team on a temporary basis. This role will play a crucial part in supporting marketing efforts, with a focus on content creation, campaign execution, and improving internal organisation. The ideal candidate will have 1 - 2 years of marketing experience, a keen eye for detail, and the confidence to liaise with teams across the business. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation

Write, edit, and publish case studies to showcase the company's expertise and support client acquisition. Assist in creating high-quality content for email campaigns, website updates, and social media posts.

Campaign Execution

Execute email campaigns based on provided concepts, using platforms like HubSpot. Monitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring timely delivery and optimised results.

Administrative Organisation

Maintain and enhance marketing materials and assets, ensuring they are accessible and well-organised. Keep reference documents, such as case study indexes, up to date and follow up with team members to gather new information.

Event Administration

Support the organisation of events by managing administrative tasks such as schedules, logistics, and communication with stakeholders.

About You We're looking for someone with: 1 - 2 years of experience in a marketing role or similar. Experience with email platforms (e.g., HubSpot), website backends, and the Microsoft Office Suite. Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. A confident, collaborative approach and excellent communication skills. Desirable Skills Basic PowerPoint knowledge (training will be provided if needed). Initiative to propose improvements to existing processes and systems.
