Temporary Part Time Fitness Consultants (2 posts)
Starting salary between £23658 and £25470 (pro rata) per annum.
Both posts are Temporary 12 months contracts.
Both posts are 15 hours per week on a shift rota, including evenings and weekends.
Based at Alive Lynnsport, Kings Lynn and Alive Downham, Downham Market.

You will proactively engage with customers to increase member numbers and customer retention by delivering great experiences, including:
Outreach events
Health talks
Sales tours
Gym start-up sessions
Health/fitness advice
Follow-up retention calls
Leading fun, motivating exercise classes
You will have excellent communication skills with a confident manner in dealing with the public to ensure all customers receive the highest level of service at our Alive Centres. With previous experience and up-to-date knowledge of health and fitness and exercise prescription, you will have or be willing to work towards a level 2 gym instructor qualification and an Exercise to Music qualification suitable for registration with the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS). Previous experience working within a sales environment would also be desirable, although full training will be given to the successful candidates.
Appointments are subject to a satisfactory enhanced Disclosure, through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
