A commercial property company in Birmingham City Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable temporary welcome host to cover their front of house area on ad hoc dates. Shifts are 7am – 4pm or 10am – 7pm.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for temporary ad-hoc work only – the assignments are often last minute and would suit someone who is looking to work around another commitment such as studying or running a business.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Issuing visitor passes
- Assisting visitors to the building and ensuring they are escorted to the correct destination
- Contributing to a 5-star front of house service and being an ambassador for the company
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role, where good customer service skills are paramount.
- Well presented, warm and approachable
- Confident, with excellent communication skills
- This is a standing role, so applicants must be happy to be on their feet for a full day
