What you'll do Focus Brands:

Authentic Beauty Concept, STMNT Grooming Goods, Schwarzkopf Professional Styling (Salon Channel)

Drive successful product launches to meet targets. Develop and execute brand, trade, and community activity plans (Digital, PR, Events) within L17 budget. Present monthly sales and promotional plans; analyse brand performance and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with EShop and EComm teams to support brand growth and boost eCommerce sales. Oversee artwork approvals and coordinate brand images and assets. Support digital campaigns on social media, ensuring alignment with global ad strategies. Partner with PR agencies to guide local social media activities. Coordinate with Education and Sales teams to align strategies. Monitor market trends, visit customers, and evaluate competition. What makes you a good fit

Passion for the beauty and fashion industry, particularly haircare. 4+ years in Marketing (Professional Haircare or FMCG). Expertise in social media and digital marketing. Proactive, collaborative, with excellent communication skills. Highly autonomous with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Competent in data analysis and IT tools; exceptional attention to detail. Fluent in English for accurate proofreading. Business degree with marketing/finance modules preferred.
