The Job: You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on both client acquisition and building relationships with organizations in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. You will understand unique hiring requirements and supply exceptionally talented candidates that meet client specifications.
Daily responsibilities will include: Searching job boards for candidates who meet client requirements Arranging and attending client meetings to discuss their staffing solutions Posting job adverts to attract and engage with candidates actively looking for work Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of vacancies Understanding candidate career aspirations and building meaningful relationships Carrying out competency-based interviews Bringing on new clients, nurturing, and maintaining existing relationships
Requirements: Due to the nature of the role, a full driver's license is required. Candidates should be comfortable speaking with candidates/clients both face-to-face and over the phone. Other requirements include: Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work toward KPIs and financial targets Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team A positive mentality and can-do attitude
