Bridgeman Recruitment Services (Agency) has been instructed to recruit for an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer for a Regional Building Contractor.

The ideal candidates will have a background in social housing tenancy or have worked in a customer-facing role within the social housing sector.

Responsibilities of the Tenant Liaison Officer include:

Supporting our team and residents on large housing projects working to programme. Co-ordinating, monitoring, tracking and supporting the annual works programme. Liaising with tenants and contractors. Logging risks. Producing weekly performance reviews and completion programmes.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

CSCS Card preferred. Basic understanding of construction in social housing. Excellent organisational skills. Ability to work to tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills.
