Acting as key point of contact between tenants, contractors and colleagues. Coordinating access and scheduling appointments for surveys, pre/post work inspections, changes to schedule and addressing any issues that arise. Attending site visits to check on progress of works, listening to customer concerns/complaints and responding in a professional, timely manner. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and progress. Collating customer satisfaction surveys and resolving conflict. General administration duties, filing, updating records/logs, answering telephone and responding to emails. What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a construction environment ideally within a social housing role with a basic understanding of health & safety. Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict effectively and efficiently. Good administrative skills and computer confident. Driving licence with access to own vehicle.
