Job Description

Tenant Liaison Officer - PKC12284 £29,507 - £31,609 Pullar House, Perth As Tenant Liaison Officer, you will have experience of tenant liaison in a property maintenance, housing management or compliance environment. You will be able to work with tenants and contractors to remedy any defects as identified. Requirements

You must have CIH Level 3 Certificate/Diploma in Housing Practice or National Home-point Standard Level 2 or working toward either qualification. You must have a valid UK driving licence as this post requires you to travel to a variety of locations across Perth and Kinross. Responsibilities
