Manage and provide consultation and support to residents prior to, during, and after works to their homes, ensuring consistently high levels of customer satisfaction. Attend client representative and resident meetings, ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided at all times. Develop effective working relationships with residents, clients, subcontractors, site-based personnel, local stakeholders, and the local community. Maintain a professional standard at all times. Provide an efficient, courteous, and professional service to all telephone callers. Ensure written correspondence to residents is generated and distributed in line with the programme of works. Carry out choice events, consultation events, and individual consultations with residents regarding future work. Maintain access to properties and visit residents' homes at the frequency determined by the scheme. Manage the residents' complaints procedures as a point of escalation. Essential:
