Taff is responsible for over 1,500 homes across Cardiff and we provide support services to people across four local authorities in South East Wales. Position
As a Tenant Support Officer, you will be a leader in Taff’s support services department, ensuring that the needs of service users and the requirements of funders and commissioners are met. This role will be focused on managing a team of tenant support workers that supports newly arrived families from Ukraine.
Requirements
Professional qualification or extensive experience At least 3 years’ experience in support delivery/housing setting People management/leadership experience Knowledge and experience of delivering support services Knowledge of safeguarding requirements Knowledge and understanding of legislative and regulatory frameworks Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve a shared vision Understanding of ACE's, trauma-informed approaches, and creating psychologically informed environments Understand the legal, ethical, and strategic reasons for supporting workplace diversity.
