Experience managing large-scale tenders, ideally within offshore renewables or a similar environment. Strong commercial and contractual acumen, with a keen focus on risk management. Proven negotiation skills and the ability to secure favourable terms. Excellent time management and organisational skills, ensuring deadlines are consistently met. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with an understanding of cultural nuances when working with international clients.
