We are representing a leader in the manufacturing of pump equipment, committed to delivering exceptional services and products to their clients. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tendering and Internal Sales Administrator to join a dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our sales and tendering processes, ensuring smooth operations and timely submission of proposals. Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all requirements. Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation for tender bids. Monitor tender opportunities, deadlines, and submissions. Maintain and update the tender tracking system, ensuring all relevant information is logged. Support the internal sales team by managing sales inquiries, processing orders, and handling customer communications. Generate quotes, sales reports, and other relevant documentation for the sales team. Liaise with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and provide timely responses to inquiries. Ensure that all sales documentation is accurate and up to date, including contracts, purchase orders, and sales records. Assist in resolving client issues and follow up on pending matters. Support general administrative tasks within the sales department, including filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings. Requirements

Experience in tendering and sales administration would be desirable. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of tendering processes and internal sales operations is a plus. Liaise at all levels, from customers to sales managers. What We Offer
