We are looking to recruit a dynamic individual to work within our busy tendering team. Based at our North Shields office, your duties will include: Assisting with management of the bid processes Appraisal of RFQ documentation to ensure compliance with client requirements Host/attend internal, client and supplier meetings Coordination and management of proposals Creation and Compilation of tender documents Liaison with various internal personnel Communication with Clients Submission of Proposals We understand that the right candidate may have experience in a different sector. On-the-job training will be provided to assist with the learning curve of the role, to help those who may not be familiar with the requirements of the offshore wind industry. What you will need
Required criteria: Team player Strong verbal and written communications Familiar with offshore wind terminology and specifications Right to work in the UK Previous experience of tendering Desired criteria: Understanding of electrical testing Familiarisation with MS Project Familiarity of termination and testing methodology in the offshore wind sector Commercially astute Ventus Energy
