A Day in the Life We have an exciting role for an experienced Territory Manager based in Melbourne. In this role, you will have responsibility for providing clinical case support as well as looking to grow market share and execute on business plans. Peripheral Vascular Health (PVH) is one of the fastest-growing businesses within Medtronic. Peripheral and Endovenous therapies are a critical part of the Medtronic vascular portfolio, treating patients with a broad range of conditions, including Peripheral and Carotid Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, Peripheral Embolization, and Superficial and Deep Venous Disease. We lead the way in the Superficial Venous and Drug Coated Balloon markets, caring for hundreds of millions of patients globally with lifesaving and life-enhancing therapies. Reporting into the Regional Sales Manager, the Territory Manager role has the responsibility to achieve sales revenue targets for a specified territory, provide complete account management within that territory, and practice professional and effective territory management in terms of organization, technical expertise, administration, inventory management and expense planning and control. Responsibilities: Achieve sales revenue and market share targets for a specified territory, by promoting our range of Vascular Health products and clinical service to vascular surgeons and interventional radiologists. Understand the clinical and service needs of customers and provide the highest level of clinical service and technical support while seeking out efficiency. Be well organized and practice good territory management of inventory, case support calendar, administration, and expenses. Train appropriate medical staff on case planning, product preparation, product deployment, and procedure steps. Collaborate and work closely with other Territory Managers within VICTORIA and the broader ANZ team to support each other with case support and best practices. Play a lead role in quarterly business reviews (QBR’s) for your specified territory and actively contribute to the broader state QBR. Travel requirement: less than 25%. Required Knowledge and Experience: A Bachelor’s degree / Tertiary qualifications in nursing, general science, business degree or similar. Team-first approach, ability to communicate and work closely with colleagues. 3-5 years of clinical sales experience in the healthcare industry, vascular theatre / ICU Catheter Lab experience preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of account planning, territory management, and forecasting. Understanding of internal workings of hospital labs / theatres / departments e.g. purchasing, consignment, clinics, patient & implant scheduling and key influencers. Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software. Maintain a valid driver’s license.
