Plan and execute effective fitting days that drive trial and sell through. Includes appropriate assistance, scheduling, and coverage for the events. Develop an effective and efficient plan for fitting day coverage across the territory in conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager. Actively manage a sales area with effective organisation and time management skills. Sell the full range of Callaway, Odyssey, OGIO and TravisMathew products with the focus on inventory levels and carrying inline high margin SKU’s to maximise each customer’s business. Build rapport and long term relationships with retail customers with the focus of adding value to their business in everything we do Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets. Meet and exceed Callaway Golf performance goals & standards, e.g. sales targets, call rates, customer service, cycle counts etc. Make compelling sales presentations and be prepared to have tough conversations Develop expert product knowledge and retail merchandising skills to ensure Callaway products are in the right location, carry the correct range and are priced correctly Account for demo stock at all times though conducting a cycle count periodically in a timely manner. Develop productive internal working relationships Ensure all green grass accounts have the appropriate trading terms in place and minimum stock holding levels. Submit weekly sales call information and all administrative duties accurately and on-time. Report daily and weekly as required Conduct effective Product Training Seminars for all customers providing consumers full line support. Conduct on-going product and custom fitting training for all customers. Ensure execution of all accounts participating in sales programs. Maximise customer inventory, product assortment, promotion support, profitability, sell through, and inventory turns. Interpret sales data to ensure you are prepared for each call. Understand and adhere to Australian trading laws. Balance your customer needs while maintaining company objectives. Ad hoc duties and projects. Experience & Skills required:
Passionate and experienced golfer Proven sales experience in a retail or field sales role. High energy, positive and confident self-starter, competitive and goal oriented. Proven negotiating and influencing skill. Outstanding customer service skills. Able to work both in a team environment and independently. Communication and active listening skills. Ability to prioritise and meet challenging deadlines with good attention to detail. Strong planning and organisational skills. 2-3 years previous custom fitting/golf coaching/sales experience. Intermediate computer skills including Excel and Word. Full, clean drivers licence. Education:
