Territory Manager - Interventional Oncology - South West, Wales & Central England Our client is a market leading global innovator in medical device technology with a reputation for excellence worldwide. As a Territory Manager specialising in Interventional Oncology, you will drive sales of their Vascular Access portfolio, including Ports and Central Venous Catheters (CVCs). Covering South West, Wales & Central England, this field-based role involves working strategically with healthcare professionals across hospitals to meet their needs with tailored solutions. While some overnight stays may be required, the focus is on cultivating impactful, long-term relationships rather than addressing every segment of the territory. You will work with multidisciplinary teams in areas such as interventional radiology, oncology, and vascular surgery, ensuring sustainable success in a competitive market. In this commercial sales role, you will be responsible for delivering quarterly and annual territory targets for promoted products within the Vascular Access Management (VAM) portfolio. You will be required to uncover the needs of your customers and position the client's solution to meet those needs in a profitable manner. Main responsibilities will include: Implement strategic and commercial plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. Develop and manage account plans, ensuring focus on priority accounts for growth and retention. Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical teams, including oncologists, vascular access nurses, and anaesthetists. Deliver training and education sessions to healthcare professionals, ensuring effective product use. Find opportunities to expand the use of Vascular Access products in private and NHS healthcare settings. Collaborate with internal teams to align market access and marketing initiatives with customer needs. Conduct product evaluations and support procurement teams . Regularly analyse and share market insights to refine sales strategies. About you: A background in healthcare sales, ideally with experience in Vascular Access products or a clinical environment. Proven track record to establish and grow professional relationships across multidisciplinary teams. Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and develop actionable strategies. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and sales software such as Power BI or Salesforce. Exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills, with a focus on influencing and negotiation. A proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.
