Main responsibilities will include: Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with customers by understanding their goals and drivers. Develop and implement detailed territory plans aligned with BDI strategy for sustainable sales growth. Manage accounts to ensure successful delivery of BD's value-added programmes, including training and education initiatives. Coordinate and manage product evaluations, trials, and in-service processes with support from Clinical Consultants when needed. Collaborate with the National Sales Manager, Clinical Consultant, and Marketing team to maximise business opportunities. Monitor performance and ensure achievement of agreed-upon standards and targets. About you: Degree-level education or equivalent experience. Proven sales experience with proven success, ideally within NHS healthcare sales, including knowledge of procurement processes, NHS structure, and contract negotiations. Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in MS Office applications.
