Territory Manager - Interventional Oncology - South West & Wales Our client is a market leading global innovator in medical device technology with a reputation for excellence worldwide. They are seeking a Territory Manager to join their Interventional Oncology team. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this role is responsible for achieving quarterly and annual territory targets for our Pleural & Peritoneal Access product portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with healthcare professionals across oncology, interventional radiology, palliative care, thoracic surgery, and other specialised areas to position their solutions effectively and profitably. The Peripheral Intervention (PI) business unit offers a comprehensive range of medical products, devices and services for the treatment of peripheral arterial and venous disease, cancer detection, and end-stage renal disease and maintenance. In this field position you will cover Southwest England & Wales encompassing Worcester and Portsmouth. In this commercial sales role, you will be responsible for delivering quarterly and annual territory targets for promoted products within the Vascular Access Management (VAM) portfolio. You will be required to uncover the needs of your customers and position the client's solution to meet those needs in a profitable manner. Main responsibilities will include: Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with customers by understanding their goals and drivers. Develop and implement detailed territory plans aligned with BDI strategy for sustainable sales growth. Manage accounts to ensure successful delivery of BD's value-added programmes, including training and education initiatives. Coordinate and manage product evaluations, trials, and in-service processes with support from Clinical Consultants when needed. Collaborate with the National Sales Manager, Clinical Consultant, and Marketing team to maximise business opportunities. Monitor performance and ensure achievement of agreed-upon standards and targets. About you: Degree-level education or equivalent experience. Proven sales experience with proven success, ideally within NHS healthcare sales, including knowledge of procurement processes, NHS structure, and contract negotiations. Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in MS Office applications.
