Role Overview As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and increasing market share of the Coloplast wound care portfolio, focusing on key products. Your efforts will span both community and acute sectors, where you will build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and a wide range of stakeholders both internally and across the NHS. In collaboration with Regional Sales Managers and other key stakeholders, you will execute strategic business plans, ensuring regular business review meetings are conducted to drive effectiveness and ensure action follow-up. A critical part of your role will be staying ahead of competitor activities, responding swiftly to maintain Coloplast’s market leadership. Additionally, you will ensure accurate administration through tools while developing a comprehensive understanding of the NHS landscape and the priorities of healthcare providers and Integrated Care Systems within your territory. Who are we looking for? We are seeking candidates with proven sales experience, ideally within the wound care or medical device sector. While clinical experience is desirable, it is not essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, accountability and a disciplined approach to achieving and exceeding targets. A strong understanding of the NHS environment is crucial, along with a passion for meeting the needs of healthcare professionals and patients through partnership-driven solutions. We value ambition and resilience and are looking for someone who is results-oriented and willing to go the extra mile. You should possess sharp business acumen, with the ability to communicate data clearly and make impactful decisions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is an entrepreneurial spirit with a talent for identifying and seizing new opportunities. Coloplast is committed to being an inclusive organization, where people bring their differences to work each day, fulfil their potential and have a strong sense of belonging because – and not despite – of their differences. We therefore encourage all qualified candidates to apply regardless of gender, age, race, nationality, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religious belief or physical ability.
