This is a field-based role covering the South East Coast, East M4 corridor, and West London. The Territory Manager will provide technical support across the full product portfolio, focused on driving growth in the Hip, Knee, and Shoulder segments. This role includes coordinating training on both new and existing products and requires expert knowledge of the specialty, including competitor products and sales strategies. An experienced team will provide ongoing support and mentorship. The Territory Manager will work closely with regional business teams, proactively identifying business opportunities within both penetration and acquisition hospitals to ensure portfolio-wide sales growth. The role emphasizes customer engagement through direct, pre-planned sales activities. The Territory Manager will be responsible for quarterly updates on new product implementations, business plans, and forecasts to Sales Management and Marketing. In addition to direct sales, they will provide field training for both employees and customers and advise Regional and UK Business Managers on equipment investment profitability and effectiveness. This individual will occasionally interface with Management teams regarding forecasting, product introductions, and new product development. This role reports to the Southern Business Manager. Approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset to balance customer and business needs. Present clear, focused business plans that demonstrate ambition and insight for regional and territory development. Comply with quality and regulatory standards as part of daily responsibilities. Promote the professional education calendar to support safe, effective training and product adoption. Commit to continuous learning and self-development on clinical principles and technologies. Remain goal-oriented and maintain focus under various circumstances. Demonstrate financial awareness, value-added thinking, and a focus on return on investment. Maintain a current, detailed understanding of local market trends and competitor systems to confidently present information. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by prioritizing customer needs. Work efficiently under pressure, staying positive during high-stress situations. Uphold company values and ethics, demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all interactions. Maintain respect for colleagues, fostering a supportive and positive working environment. Carry out any other reasonable tasks required by the company as part of a collaborative team approach.
