Territory Sales Manager , you will play a key role in driving sales of innovative medical devices to new and existing customers. This role provides a unique opportunity to engage in high-level discussions with surgeons and key stakeholders in hospital settings. Its ideal for someone who thrives on strategic sales, relationship-building, and technical problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify new customers and business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts. Develop and execute a robust business plan to exceed sales targets. Build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including surgeons and healthcare providers. Deliver clinical in-service training programs to educate healthcare professionals. Provide guidance and training to healthcare providers on the correct use of the prescribed products, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Ideal Candidate Profile Our client seeks dynamic, self-motivated individuals who excel at relationship-building and strategic sales. You should be a strong team player with a passion for learning and professional development. Key Requirements: A degree or equivalent qualification. A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in sectors such as biotech, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or related fields. Experience working with NHS secondary care and private hospitals is essential. Surgical/Operating Room (OR) experience is desirable but not mandatory. Strong business-to-business sales experience preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A proactive learner with the ability to link customer priorities to the companys value proposition.
