IF SO, READ ON… WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON: Leading a diverse team of high-performing field sales professionals. Supporting the team in delivering exceptional customer service to help them exceed their sales targets. Providing regular coaching to empower the team in meeting their sales conversion goals. Accountable for both personal and team-wide success in achieving targets. Managing and addressing queries from the field sales team. Traveling to various locations to support lead generation or sales efforts, including events and roadshows. Overseeing the daily operations of the field sales team, including regular check-ins to track progress and ensure targets are met. Ensuring that the field sales team follows internal processes and procedures, including CRM management and sales applications. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE: Proven success in field sales or direct sales, with a track record of delivering results. Passionate about inspiring and leading a high-performing remote sales team to consistently surpass targets. Skilled in creating and delivering dynamic training programs that drive sales excellence.
