Sales Professional

to join our expanding Entrance Systems sales team in the

Northwest

of the UK. THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: YOUR TASKS Our Entrance systems sales team are based in a variety of different locations throughout the UK, promoting our products to the construction industry. They deal with businesses such as contractors, façade installers and construction businesses who have a requirement for our products in new build and refurbishment projects. They are solution sales professionals, consulting with the client to deliver bespoke products to meet the clients’ requirements depending on what their needs are. Based from home, your main responsibility will be the commercial development of a geographical area, contacting, engaging with and winning clients for dormakaba, ensuring the growth of our project business. You will proactively manage your own diary and workload, planning and tracking different opportunities, arranging meetings and consulting with clients. But we are not looking for individuals that “fly solo.” Our successful salespeople collaborate extensively with other team members throughout dormakaba, such as customer account managers, the specifications team and a variety of other dormakaba professionals to ensure that we maximise the opportunities available to us as a business. Therefore, if you are a proactive, self-motivated, collaborative sales professional who can bring results, we would like to hear from you. WE PUT TRUST IN YOU: YOUR SKILLS To be considered for this role we would expect you to demonstrate: Previous experience in sales to the construction industry, with a focus on “consultative sales” (where you were responsible for recommending a specific solution to fit a client’s requirements) A proven track record in successful sales growth and client retention Proven ability to work both independently and remotely without close supervision Resident in the Northwest of the UK, ideally
