What the role involves

• Coordinating the store team to deliver an easy, fuss-free shopping experience for customers.
• Supporting your colleagues, ensuring they deliver daily priorities and take regular breaks.
• Making sure the store is always clean, tidy, and well-presented.
• Supporting managers to coordinate seasonal, community and charity events.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant leadership, project, operations, people-management, or stakeholder experience is useful.

Confirmed role details

• Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 an hour.
• This increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25.
•  For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked.
• It takes a lot of great people to run one of our stores, and it takes a great Shift Leader to support them all and keep things running smoothly.

Additional role context

• We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, and youâll have 3 weeksâ notice of exactly when your shifts will be.
• We have recently announced that we will be moving towards a more blended working week combining office and remote working.
