- Making sure the store is always clean, tidy, and well-presented.
- Supporting managers to coordinate seasonal, community and charity events.

- Relevant leadership, project, operations, people-management, or stakeholder experience is useful.
Confirmed role details
- Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 an hour.
- This increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25.
-  For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked.
- It takes a lot of great people to run one of our stores, and it takes a great Shift Leader to support them all and keep things running smoothly.

Additional role context
- We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, and youâll have 3 weeksâ notice of exactly when your shifts will be.
- We have recently announced that we will be moving towards a more blended working week combining office and remote working.
