Availability Window: Sun 07:30 - 20:30 Mon 10:00 - 19:00 Tue 13:30 - 22:30 Thu 04:30 - 13:30 Fri 11:00 - 19:00 Sat 12:45 - 21:30 Shift Leader rate of pay:
starts from £14.28 an hour; this increases to £15.41 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location and skills. It’s our policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you’d like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12), we have opportunities for this too. Customers are at the heart of everything we do.
As a Shift Leader, you’ll oversee the store and ensure smooth operations. You’ll help customers, support colleagues, and strive to make things better every day. As a Shift Leader you’ll: Work in a fast-paced retail environment. Take ownership of running duty shifts. Be there for customers, ensuring they leave satisfied. Look for ways to improve service. Guide and support your colleagues. Maintain a great understanding of store performance. Lead by example. Please note that you need to be 18 or over to apply for this role.
