Availability Window: Days: Sun - Sat from 22:00 to 07:00 Shift Leader rate of pay:

Starts from £14.28 an hour; increases to £15.41 for stores inside the M25. Additional night premium of £2.30 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am. We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with opportunities for fewer hours (to a minimum of 12). As a Shift Leader you’ll: Work in a fast-paced retail environment. Take ownership of running duty shifts. Be there for customers and help them. Look for ways to improve service. Guide and support your colleagues in-store. Maintain a great understanding of store performance. Lead from the front and set a great example. Responsibilities include: Supporting colleagues and ensuring they deliver daily priorities. Opening and closing the store. Being the go-to person for colleagues in the absence of a manager. Maintaining a clean and well-presented store. Coordinating seasonal, community, and charity events. Providing great customer service. Staying knowledgeable about store performance. Following health and safety procedures. About us
