Forseven Shalford, England, United Kingdom Forseven, a revolutionary company looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, is seeking a Test Automation Engineer to join our highly skilled and dynamic IT team. This role is a hybrid position and can be worked from either of our sites in Shalford (Near Guildford) or Leamington Spa 3 days per week.

In this role you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated tests, ensuring the quality of software through use of CI/CD pipelines.

We would like you to:

Create unit tests for front-end components Develop integration tests to verify communication between front-end and back-end services Work closely with front-end, back-end, and mobile developers to understand application functionality and design test cases Refactor and improve existing test scripts for better maintainability and efficiency Research and implement new testing tools and frameworks relevant to the project We would like you to have:

Understanding of Software Engineering principles, preferably in a cloud native environment Experience with popular test automation frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, Appium, and tools such as Selenium A good understanding of AWS security best practices for test environments is also beneficial Certifications (beneficial to have): - ISTQB Certified Tester - AWS certifications, e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate Our Process:
